Stardust Apothecary is a second-generation herbalism practice — rooted in the wild, shaped by wandering, and brought to life by a mother and daughter who believe plants are the most intelligent beings on earth.
CHAPTER I
A childhood in the wild
Long before there was a brand, there was a little girl following her mother through forests, learning to read the land. I grew up in a household where plants were medicine, where the names of herbs were spoken like prayers, and where wild foraging was as natural as cooking dinner.
My mother — a folk herbalist, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and artist — taught me to identify plants by their shape, their scent, their season. I learned to make tinctures, teas, and salves. I learned that every plant has a story, a purpose, and an intelligence far older than any textbook.
By the time I was a teenager, herbalism wasn't something I practiced — it was something I was.

CHAPTER II
Thirty-eight countries,
one dream
I studied Chinese medicine — drawn to the depth of its plant intelligence, its understanding of the body as a system, its reverence for the relationship between human and herb. But before I graduated, something called me outward. I chose the world as my classroom instead.
Over the years that followed, I traveled and lived across 38 countries. I wasn't seeking teachers — I was just curious. I wandered through spice markets, stumbled into herb gardens, and learned from locals who had been living with these plants their whole lives. In the mountains of Turkey, in ancient bazaars, in small villages I can barely find on a map — I kept meeting plants I'd never seen before and falling in love with them.
It was while living in Turkey — sunbathing at the edge of the Aegean Sea — that the name came to me in a quiet, certain way. Stardust Apothecary. I wrote it down and carried it with me for the next decade.

CHAPTER III
A mother and daughter,
a shared vision
Ten years after that moment at the Aegean Sea, Stardust Apothecary was born — and it was born as a family. My mother — folk herbalist, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, and artist — who first placed plants in my hands as a child, became my co-founder. Together, we formulated the blends that sit at the heart of this collection.
I am a clinical herbalist, trained at the American Herbalism Academy. My mother is a folk herbalist. Every formula is a conversation between those two worlds — between the intuitive and the studied, between the wild and the refined. Each blend is dual-extracted for maximum potency, made in small batches in Florida, from wildcrafted and organic herbs.
This is not a supplement company. This is an apothecary — a living practice rooted in the belief that plants are intelligent, that healing is personal, and that the earth has always had what we need.

My herbal path started as a young child and was in the world with my mother who has been practicing herbalism my whole life. I was born on Earth Day. My mom was a hippie woman, and she was always studying and learning about plants, natural medicine, and healing. Her abilities as my childhood can heal around these things. As an adult, my connection to nature and plants really helped me when I started to go deeper on the plant path.
It started almost 25 years ago when I had to learn to balance my hormones using herbs and I discovered that the plants would make my emotional cycle regular. This fascinated me. My life was traveling around the world and this is where I learned how the different cultures were using plants as medicine. While traveling and living abroad I was working with them doing unique healing modalities for women and I would incorporate a system of the best herbs to help assist with their healing.
I believe we have forgotten who we are and where we come from. We are a part of Earth, we are the clay in the mother’s body. The plants draw us to the very truth and help us to remember and help us to feel alive again after being numbed from our over-stimulated society. Nothing has helped me feel more than the medicine of the plants.
I feel like we are at the cutting edge of something so magical, to finally understand the plant and fungi world. All we have to do is listen.
