Ordering & Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?
We prepare each order with care and send a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $100 ship free within the U.S. Shop Pay installments are also available at checkout for orders over $35.

Do you ship internationally?
Please check available shipping options at checkout for your country. If you don't see your location listed, contact us and we'll see what we can do.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
Because our tinctures and bitters are consumable, all sales are final and we're not able to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stardustapothecary.com and we'll make it right with a replacement where appropriate.

Using Our Products

How do I use a tincture or elixir?
Each product page includes a Suggested Use section with recommended dosing. As a general rule, our dual-extracted tinctures are taken by dropper, diluted in water or a favorite beverage.

What does "dual extracted" mean?
It means the plant material is extracted using both alcohol and water (and sometimes heat), which allows us to draw out a fuller range of the plant's beneficial compounds than a single-method extraction.

How should I store my tincture?
Keep bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, and make sure the dropper cap is tightened well between uses.

Are these products safe during pregnancy or with medication?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new herbal product, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Select products offer a subscribe-and-save option so your favorite blends arrive automatically at a discount — look for the subscription option on the product page.
