Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) the female ginseng , is a herb belonging to the family Apiaceae indigenous to China.  Angelica sinensis grows in cool high altitude mountains in East Asia. Dong quai helps relieve menopause symptoms, supports PMS, low libido, infertility and hormone regulation.

Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) in randomized clinical studies has been shown to be a top healing herb for women helping to balance hormones, decrease hot flashes in menopause and improve bone mineral density. It has been shown to support Libido, mood, sleep, skin and bones making it a great anti aging companion for women.  The major isoflavones found in red clover include genistein, daidzen, formononetin and biochanin closely mimic the effects of natural estrogen that both men and women produce. Excess estrogen caused by endocrine disruption is a big concern today for many people, too little estrogen is also problematic.

Damiana (Turnera diffusa) is known to help with Libido in women as well as menstrual cramps and depression. Damiana has also been traditionally used to help with menopausal symptoms as well as womens fertility.

Dont take Damiana with mineral supplements as it can decrease the absorption.
